Cinephreak Pictures is an award-winning indie film production company based in Evansville, Indiana, led by owner/filmmaker/creative director Jakob Bilinski and actor/producer Emily Jean Durchholz. Jakob brings a bold narrative voice and visually striking style to every project, while Emily offers clear, character-driven insight and creative leadership. Together, they create independent films, commercial content, and more with a distinct, uncompromising vision – grounded in storytelling and driven by passion.

Jakob Bilinski is an award-winning director, writer, cinematographer, producer, editor and colorist based in Evansville, Indiana, and the driving creative force behind Cinephreak Pictures. Known for his stylized visuals and genre-savvy storytelling, Jakob brings a bold cinematic voice to every project – from feature films and series to music videos, commercials, and branded content. His work has screened at festivals across the country and earned critical recognition for its edge, energy, and emotional impact. Whether working in horror, drama, or documentary, Jakob approaches every frame with precision, passion, and an unflinching commitment to story.
Emily Jean Durchholz
Actor Producer
Emily Jean Durchholz is an award-winning actor, producer and Evansville native with a background in theatre and film. She has worked as a casting director and assistant director, as well as tour actor/director with Missoula Children’s Theatre. Emily’s creative work spans narrative films, music videos, and promotional content, and she brings a thoughtful, collaborative presence to every set. She currently serves as president of Evansville Civic Theatre and remains deeply engaged in the local arts community
